What is Phoskitin?
Phoskitin, a dietary phosphate binder plus renal support supplement for cats and dogs, is a proprietary blend of three
phosphate binders: ferric citrate, calcium acetate, and chitosan. Omega-3 fatty acids and beta glucans are also included
in the formulation to support renal health. Phoskitin is available in an easy to administer sprinkle capsule.

What does Phoskitin do?
The combination of active ingredients in Phoskitin provides a multimodal approach to phosphate binding in cats and dogs.
Utilizing everyday minerals and polysaccharides, Phoskitin can bind with dietary phosphate to form an insoluble and
non-absorbable compound subsequently excreted in the feces. Phoskitin has three different phosphate binding
actions for more ways to better balance the phosphate levels reaching the kidneys.

Along with its phosphate binding ability, Phoskitin contains omega-3 fatty acids and beta glucans for renal health support.
Omega-3s are commonly recommended to support renal health, and beta glucans modulate the oxidative stress response.
