Chondroitin : It prevents the action of degenerative enzymes that promote the breakdown of cartilage. It makes up the matrix of the cartilage and is responsible for strength, flexibility and shock absorption. Chondroitin sulfate promotes water retention and elasticity in the cartilage, helping to ensure adequate shock absorption and adequate nourishment of the tissues that line the joint.

Methlysulphonylmethane (MSM) : It is a sulphur containing compound. It work in conjunction with glucosamine in the production of collagen. MSM acts as an antioxidant and increases blood circulation. It helps to reduce scar tissue and inflammation and may be an effective pain reliever.

Cissus Quadrangularis : It is more effective at reducing swelling than common medications used to treat arthritis and decrease inflammation. Animal studies have found that Cissus quadrangularis may help reduce bone loss, speed the healing of fractures.

Boswellia Serrata plant extract contains three types of Boswellic acids. Beta-boswellic acid,keto-beta- boswellic acid, and acetyl-keto-beta-boswellic acid (AKBA). acetyl-keto-beta-boswellic acid (AKBA) also exhibit anti-inflammatory properties by inhibiting leukotriene synthesis. To be specific, it inhibits the activity of the enzyme 5-lipoxygenase through a non-redox reaction. AKBA scores around 2-3% of Boswellia extract. These helps to regulate the immune response, supports structural strength and function of joints, provides antioxidant support, and supports the regulation of destructive mediators such as inflammatory prostaglandins enzymes and free radicals.

Curcuminoids are a family of active compounds within turmeric extract (Curcuma longa ext.). Curcuminoids are polyphenolic pigments and include curcumin, demethoxycurcumin, and bisdemethoxy curcumin. Curcumin is the primary curcuminoid in turmeric and the compound for which most studies have been done. The curcuminoids complex found in the turmeric extract or Curcuma longa extract, contains only 2.5-6% curcumin. Curcumin compromises approximately 77% of the curcuminoid content.

Calcium Ascorbate has the same antioxidant activity as ascorbic acid, but the side effects of the Vitamin C is major concern, such as Gastric high Acidity.
