Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon) is an evergreen shrub that grows in bogs in North America. In fact, research has linked the chemicals in cranberries keep bacteria from sticking to the cells in the urinary tract. Cranberry is useful in Infections of the kidney, bladder or urethra (urinary tract infections or UTIs).

D-mannose is a type of sugar that’s related to the better known glucose. These sugars are both simple sugars. While in the urinary tract, it can attach to the E. coli bacteria that may be there. As a result, the bacteria can no longer attach to cells and cause infection.

 Hibiscus is known to help in urinary tract infections nearly up to 80% if given in a right dosage. It helps in maintaining the urethtra & bladder pH and also aids as potent antioxidant. It also aids in hair fall problems and promoting hair growth.

Pumpkin seed Extract (Cucurbita pepo) were first discovered by archaeo-logists back in 7,000 B.C. Traditionally, these pumpkin seeds were used to treat tapeworm infections, and urinary as well as prostate problems. The chemicals in pumpkin seed can increase urination, which might help relieve bladder and prostate discomfort. Some chemicals might also reduce swelling in the prostate.
